DC6DIA Neodymium Disc/Cylinder Magnets

These disc magnets feature a unique diametrical magnetization, meaning the magnetic poles are located on opposite sides of the disc’s diameter, rather than on the flat surfaces. This results in a “side-to-side” magnetic attraction that is extremely strong, giving these magnets a “stronger feel” compared to their axially magnetized counterparts of the same size. However, this also makes them slightly more challenging to handle due to the increased magnetic force.

This size is also available in the standard axial magnetization as part number DC6. For a higher magnetic grade with a unique finish, consider part number DC6B-N52, which features a Grade N52 magnet with a Black Nickel plating.
